Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by SmartTech Hub & Harvests, 29 Pakata Road, Okekura, Ilorin, Kwara State ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What we do

We resell airtime, mobile data, cable TV subscriptions, electricity units, examination pins and bulk SMS supplied by mobile networks, service providers and examination bodies. We are an independent reseller and are not owned by or part of any of them.

Your account

• Give your real name, a phone number and an email address that you can be reached on.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• One person, one account. We may close accounts opened to abuse discounts or promotions.

Your wallet

• Money you add is held as a balance for buying services here. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. Their charge is shown before you pay and is added to the amount you are funding.
• We may hold a wallet while we look into a payment that has been disputed or reversed by a bank.

Orders

• The price you pay is shown before you confirm. Prices can change at any time, but never for an order you have already placed.
• You are responsible for entering the right phone number, smartcard number, meter number or profile ID.
• Delivery depends on the network or provider. Most orders arrive within a minute; some take longer.
• What happens when an order fails is set out in our refund policy.

Bulk SMS

• Only send messages to people who have agreed to hear from you.
• Do not send fraud, threats, hate, gambling or adult content, or pretend to be a bank, a government body or anyone you are not.
• Sender names must be approved before use. We may refuse or withdraw a sender name.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and report it to the relevant authorities.

Things we are not responsible for

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by a network, provider, bank or payment processor, or for loss caused by wrong details you entered. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using the site at any time. To close your account and have an unspent balance returned, contact us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
