SmartTech Hub & Harvests respects your privacy. This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a scrambled copy of your password (we cannot read it).
• Orders: what you bought, when, for how much, and the phone, smartcard, meter or profile number it was for.
• Wallet history: every payment in and out of your wallet.
• SMS: the messages you send, the numbers you send them to and the contact groups you save.

We do not see or store your card number or bank login. Those go straight to Paystack.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you buy and show you your history.
• To sort out failed orders, refunds and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal duties.
• To tell you about your orders and your account. We do not sell your details or the numbers in your contact groups to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Service providers who deliver your order see the number it is for and the amount.
• Paystack processes your payments and receives your email address.
• Our SMS gateway receives the messages and numbers you send.
• Our hosting and database companies store the site and its data on our behalf, on servers outside Nigeria.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and wallet records for six years, as financial records. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove your personal details but must keep the financial records for that period.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Write to smarttechhub.harvest@gmail.com.
