Simple, honest pricing
Buyers see one price. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. You only pay when you sell a paid ticket, and the fee comes out of your share, so you can work out your income before you start.

Paystack's own card charge is also taken from your share, so your bank receives a little less than this. Free tickets cost nothing.

Questions
When do I get my money?
Paystack pays your share into your bank account on its normal settlement schedule. We do not hold it or delay it. Paystack can tell you the exact timing for your account.
What does it cost?
Nothing to list an event, and free tickets are free. On paid tickets we keep 3.5% plus ₦50 a ticket, taken from your share. Paystack’s own card charge is also taken from your share.
What if the event is cancelled?
Cancel it from your events page. Sales stop and every ticket stops working. Buyers who paid are refunded, and we arrange that with you.
Can someone share one ticket with ten people?
No. Each QR code lets one person in once. The second scan shows "Already used" with the time of the first.
What do my guests need?
A free account on this site and a phone. They get their tickets under My tickets, and a screenshot of the QR works too.
Is my event listed straight away?
Not instantly. We check each event first, usually within a day, so please submit it early.
